Julie Nigro has been the Business Administrator at the Water Pollution Control Authority since July 2004. Julie performs the financial reporting for the WPCA, and has an integral role in the WPCA’s budget preparation and billing.

Julie has two grown children and a rescue dog named Yogi.  She enjoys traveling to Florida and California to visit family, as well as movies, reading, and baking. You can find Julie at the WPCA if you need assistance with sewer bills, permits, and liens.
