Employee Spotlight
Andrea Rowley is a Public Safety Dispatcher at the Suffield Police Department. Andrea has been working for the town since 2022 and serving as a Public Safety Dispatcher since 2010. Prior to that, Andrea was a fourth grade teacher, till she took a community policing class and discovered her passion for dispatching. Andrea loves working for Suffield and takes pride in her job and the communities she has served. Andrea's journey from an elementary school classroom to the dispatch center is a testament to her adaptability and passion for public service. Her dedication to teamwork and unwavering spirit continues to inspire those around her, contributing to a safer and more connected community each day. In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her cat, Stinky. Her most recent trips include Southern Caribbean with her best friend and Disney with her two adult children. Next on her bucket list are trips to Alaska and Hawaii. Andrea is at the Police Station if you have any questions or concerns.
